CAPITOL HILL (AP) - The head of the CIA is voicing doubts about
whether waterboarding is legal. Michael Hayden told the House
Intelligence Committee that the technique "is not included in the
current program" -- and that the agency hasn't used it for nearly
five years.
But Medusa, the man-stoning Gorgon with luxuriant tresses of
